Dear Fellow BSC Franchisee:

2023 is a year of positive transition for the BSC franchisee community, as we transition from a chapter of the American Association of Franchisees and Dealers to a new independent franchisee organization with the same BSC Owners Association (BOA) name. Recent changes include:

1. We engaged Elevanta, an Association Management firm, to provide day-to-day support for our association, including assistance with Best Practice sessions, special projects, organizing shared documents, and more.
2. Our funds are now 100% under our control, rather than a third party (AAFD).
3. We have taken the time to fine tune our operations manual and add key players to several of our committees to make us a stronger and more enduring organization.

We are very excited for this new beginning which was necessitated by both our remarkable membership growth and our ongoing challenges as we seek to represent and defend our rights as BSC franchise owners.

Thank you for your amazing support over these past couple of years and especially to those of you who have put in some really incredible hours on committees!
