As a member of BOA, you are part of a supportive, like-minded group of business owners who work together to improve our system, strengthen our brand, and protect our investments. You will have the opportunity to network and learn from fellow franchisees in the system.

Joining the BOA

  • BOA membership is open to all entities or individuals that own and operate BrightStar Care® franchised businesses.
  • BOA annual dues are invoiced are invoiced in December for the following calendar year.
  • Annual dues are $500 for the first region, an additional$75 for regions 2, 3 and 4, up to a cap of $800.
  • In order to fund the organization’s current and future needs, a Membership Fee is also required of new members. The Membership Fee is $5,000 and is due once every ten years.

  • You will be contacted by BOA’s Membership team within 72 hours.
