May 15th – Speed Dating – Please join us for a “Speed Dating” Session. Learn some quick and easy ideas that your fellow owners have implemented that have changed their businesses.
June 19th – VA Best Practice Call – Best Practices for VA Business including managing short shifts.
July 17th – Hiring and Managing a DOO. Do you have a true DOO or a glorified Branch Manager? Learn the difference and hear from your fellow owners who have had success in getting a DOO in place to truly let them work on the business and not in the business and enjoy the fruits of their success.
